It’s not an “on-line” exam. All certification exams must be taken at Official Testing centers like Sylvan Prometric. I believe that is costs $135-150.
For the CCNP you must either pass the 642-891 Composite exam, or pass both the 642-801 BSCI and 642-811 BCMSN.
