I use ” /usr/bin/rdate -s 128.2.136.71 | logger -t NTP ” on all my linux boxes but today that IP has stopped working.
http://ntp.isc.org/bin/view/Servers/WebHome this place just a big headache there is something wrong with all most every server on the list.
So please lend a fellow keyboard samuri a bit of sacred knowlegde, was IP do you time sync with?

I use 129.6.15.28 time-a.nist.gov & 129.6.15.29 time-b.nist.gov which have always worked well for me.
